AnthonySS 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2007 THANKS Keith....All I know is it is a double Kevlar so My guess is 725 to 750. RT may know better?
Firestarter 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2007 The stock rockets are around the 750-775 weight, adding the double kevlar ( substitutes one layer of glass for one layer of kevlar ) removers about 25 lbs. My old boat was 722lbs it was double kevlar okume ( each save about 25lbs ) and Blakes old boat was 724lbs same layup so they are all close! My guess is 750 for Anthonys....... at least that would be a good bet. RT

STV_Keith 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2007 Sure looks like it sits higher in the front and the rub rail is more out of the water at the back than my boat. I'd assume this means it's a lighter rig since the hull displaces the same volume. Mine is 1630#, 20 gals of fuel, no driver.
ProComp 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2007 Anthony, hows the Rocket? Get any seat time in it? Feedback buddy. Not like you to be so quiet.
AnthonySS 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2007 Thanks for asking Brad...sorry for the late responce as I have been away. We could not be happier with about 10 hrs of seat time already...The boat flys, flat fast and fast enuff . I am also sold on the MVP bottom....like noted it settles better then the Ski and turning is a breeze....
